Hi, my name is Adam Raga. My discipline is motorbike trials. I was born on 29 March 1982 in Uldecona, Tarragona, Spain. My special talent is carcross, mountainbike and enduro. My favourite food is paella.
Some people are advanced for their age but Adam Raga is in a league of his own. Without going into too much detail about his achievements, the Spaniard has won four World Indoor Trial Championship titles, as well as earning outdoor trial World Championship wins in 2005 and 2006.
Adam debuted in the world of motorcycles when he was only six, and from that moment, he began to combine his studies with competitions. In 1995 he won the Catalonia trial junior championship and two years later, the championship of Spain. Raga established himself as a rising star in Spain strengthened by another World Championship title in 2000.
Turning pro in 2003, Adam won his first World Indoor Trial, winning again the following year. 2005 and 2006 are amongst the rider’s best two years of his career, as Adam managed to clinch more outdoor and indoor victories than he ever could have imagined.
A knee injury in 2009 forced him to take a break, but he returned in 2010 eager to fight in every competition for victory, eventually leading him to become the Spanish champion. Adam is well and truly the best example of the new generation of Spanish trial riders…
